In today’s episode, I speak to Mitch Davidoff. Mitch is currently the manager for the Victoria Eagles, which is a travel baseball organization. Mitch talks about how he helps young baseball players in Canada as well as the comparison of Victoria Eagles in Canada and in the United States. Mitch is also a fantastic hitting coach and has a growth mindset that works perfectly with his coaching skills. He also mentions hitters that he watches to observe their strategies in playing.
